Meet the Author
Jay Papasan
Jay Papasan is a self-proclaimed bibliophile with a book-hoarding problem. Not a bad tendency as Gary Keller's co-author and VP of Strategic Content for KW.
After working as an editor at HarperCollins Publishers in NYC, Jay moved to Austin in 2000 and joined KW as a newsletter writer in the tech department. In 2002, Jay was recruited to help Gary author The Millionaire Real Estate Agent. Together, they wrote what would become a long-running bestseller and an industry must-read in just three months. Since then, Jay's co-authored a number of bestselling titles with Gary including No. 1 Wall Street Journal bestseller, The ONE Thing: The Surprisingly Simple Truth Behind Extraordinary Results.
When it comes to business, Jay says Keller Williams' focus on people is what separates it from the competition. He's come to have a deep appreciation for real estate businesspeople and the industry itself as an incredibly democratic career venture that rewards hard work, strategic thinking, and integrity.
